Tē Kinga Walk

Last week my class went up Mount Te Kinga. We went to the 3rd lookout. After the tiring walk we came back down and went for a swim, we also made fires and roasted marshmallows.

Swimming Sports

 A few weeks ago the year 5-8' s went to Swimming Sports. Swimming sports is where you enter events (Length/width) and if you come 1st in Lengths you go to westland. I'm not going to westland but the aim is to have fun! The best thing about sports is that you can learn from it and its good for you and your body.                                               Heres some Photos.

On week 2 of the first term we decided to do a painting inspired from Rita Angus and Bob Ross. We got a picture of the lake and Mt Te Kinga along With Mt Alexander

          Mistake are important for learning because you can actually learn  from

            them!  Crazy I know right. You should never be frightened of making mistakes 

           because everybody makes mistakes as well not just you!
